What is private to our reservation?

The studio’s sleeping and living space, bathroom, kitchenette, entrances, and in-unit laundry are private to your reservation.

Is there a stove in the Studio?

The Studio has a private kitchenette with a hot plate and countertop oven. There is no full-size stove.

How many guests can stay?

The Studio accommodates up to two registered guests. It has a queen bed. Please confirm any particular sleeping-arrangement needs with us before booking.

What should I know about access and sound?

The Studio is on the lower level and has its own front entrance; access involves stairs. You may hear everyday sounds from the house above. Message us about access or quiet-space needs before booking.

Is there parking or laundry?

The Studio has in-unit washer and dryer access. Street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions; a reserved off-street space is not included.

Can I stay for a few weeks or longer?

Please check the Studio’s Airbnb calendar and discuss your dates with us. For longer stays, professional cleaning is arranged after the first 30 days and every 30 days thereafter; confirm the current fee and arrangements before booking.
